How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. If you cannot find your confirmation, contact our support team.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase. Visit our Shipping policy for complete delivery details.

How do I choose the right shoe size?

Use the size-system tabs and size guide on the product page. Available size systems depend on the size information supplied for that product. If you are unsure, email us before placing your order.

Can I exchange an item for another size?

Yes. We offer free exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability. Please contact us before returning an item. See our Returns & exchanges policy for full conditions.

Can I return an item for a refund?

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Approved return shipping is free; a $25 restocking fee applies when you choose a refund instead of an exchange or replacement. No fee applies to items that arrived damaged or incorrect. Please read the Returns & exchanges policy before starting a return.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests can be made within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Address changes depend on whether fulfillment has begun.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact support@stellida.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos so we can evaluate the issue and help.

What payment methods can I use?

Will an unavailable size come back?

Availability can change. Contact us with the product name and size you are looking for, and we will help with the information available.
